As the receptionist and financial coordinator, I am able to interact with our patients on a daily basis to help make their orthodontic experiences positive. My duties include helping our patients with financial arrangements, billing, coordinating with insurance providers, and answering any questions they may have. I love working in orthodontics and seeing what a difference a wonderful smile makes in our patients’ lives.
I am the mother of an amazing teenage daughter. I enjoy spending time with her and my friends, and I love going to the lake. I also have a passion for cooking.

Our patients are great, and I enjoy making them smile. From saying hello to our patients when they arrive for appointments until they leave, it is my top priority to make sure that they feel comfortable. I also appreciate our commitment to using state-of-the-art technology to help our patients get the awesome smiles they want. I love my job because I am able to have fun with the outstanding team I work with, and every day I have the great satisfaction of creating lifelong beautiful smiles for our patients!
I am a mother of four children and grandmother to one adorable grandson with whom I love spending time. In my free time, I like to play sand volleyball.

My favorite thing about my job is our patients. Each patient is excited to be here, and they always know how to make me smile. We have a friendly, courteous team that contributes to a fun, social environment. I admire Dr. Hong for being such an excellent orthodontist. Her hard work and guidance has helped make my job very fulfilling.
My beautiful family and I love spending time at church and being outdoors. In my spare time, I like to go fishing, watch movies, and try new recipes.

Every day, I strive to treat our patients in a warm, compassionate manner; I want them to enjoy smiling, and to smile often! It doesn’t hurt that our practice is such a fun place to be. We are constantly interacting with our patients, and trying to make sure that each person enjoys their time spent at our practice.
Some of my hobbies outside the office include going to the zoo with my kids, camping, and crafting. We also love spending time with our family and friends.
